Theme of the Week: Anatomy

Bones, veins, guts, blood, skulls... all that shit. Anatomical art is one of my favorite kinds, because of the extreme detail and  the fascination it wakes up in an audience. The pieces by the artists I have chosen for this week are some of my favorite within anatomical art, and I am immediately inspired to study our insides and create a disturbing art piece like them. The first example I have of this is by Fregezechen, who has created this amazing photomanipulation of a skull. The use of color and the air in this piece is beautiful.
