Eelus

I'd say Eelus is the new Banksy. A peculiar name, moody artwork with a calm statement, and the graffiti aspect in every piece, just like him. If you look through his online portfolio, you'll notice this. But of course, he offers something unique, which in my opinion is the ability to create street art that doesn't have to be stencilwork, but leans more on actual Illustration.

Also, something not shown in this image, he adds a little more color than ol' Banksyboy.
